PHYSIOTHERAPY
Assessment (60 minutes): $125
Treatment (45 minutes): $110
Treatment (30 minutes): $90
PELVIC HEALTH
Assessment (60 minutes): $145
Follow up (45 minutes): $120
Follow up (30 minutes): $90
NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION

BILLING
We do not offer direct billing to private insurance companies at this time. We will provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.
WCB
We do not currently serve WCB clients by WCB contracts. We CAN provide service to you as a private client and will provide you with receipts for you to submit your claims.
